1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Clients must provide accurate information regarding the event date, location, number of guests, dietary requirements, and any special requests.

2. Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service amount is required to secure and confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mal País Chef Nativo reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations if the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel their reservation at any time by contacting Mal País Chef Nativo.

  • If ingredients, supplies, or products have already been purchased specifically for the event, no refund will be issued for the deposit or related expenses.

  • If no purchases have been made and sufficient notice is provided, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Mal País Chef Nativo.

  • Refunds, when applicable, may be subject to administrative and processing fees.

4. Changes to Reservations

Requests to modify the date, guest count, menu, or event details must be submitted as early as possible.

Changes requested shortly before the event may not be accommodated and may result in additional charges.

5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Clients are responsible for informing Mal País Chef Nativo of any allergies, food intolerances, dietary restrictions, or special requirements before the event.

While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the event location.

  • Adequate working conditions for food preparation and service when required.

  • Accurate event information and timely communication regarding any changes.

 

7. Force Majeure

Mal País Chef Nativo shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or emergencies.

8. Photography and Marketing

Photographs or videos of dishes, food preparation, and event setups may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

If the client does not wish photographs or videos to be used, they must notify Mal País Chef Nativo in writing before the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mal País Chef Nativo's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the contracted services.

We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event or use of our services.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a reservation request, paying a deposit, or contracting any service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
